Анотація
Запропоновано семантичні диференціали для оцінювання системи соціального захисту населення України. Метою статті є аналіз організації соціального захисту пенсіонерів, багатодітних сімей, безробітних, постраждалих в наслідок аварії на ЧАЕС та інвалідів. Завданнями статті є обґрунтування показників оцінювання соціального захисту основних цільових аудиторій. Наведено статистичні дані щодо кількості пенсіонерів та розміру середньої пенсії, системи пільг для багатодітних сімей, динаміки рівня безробіття, фінансування потреб постраждалих від аварії на ЧАЕС та організації соціального захисту інвалідів. Зроблено висновок про необхідність удосконалення системи соціального захисту населення.
The important of an integrated evaluation social protection of the population system is shown. Semantic differentials to estimate the system of social protection of population of Ukraine are proposed. The aim of the article is to analyze the organization of social protection of pensioners, large families, the unemployed, victims of the Chernobyl accident and the invalids. The objectives of the article are to study performance evaluation of social protection of the main target audiences. Evaluation of social protection of population held in such universal criteria such as the satisfaction of the payment size, ease of processing, the availability of legal advice. Specific criteria for the evaluation of social protection of pensioners, large families, the unemployed, the invalids and victims of Chernobyl are proposed. The statistical data on the number of pensioners and the average pension, the system of benefits for families with many children, the dynamics of unemployment, funding needs of the victims of the Chernobyl accident and the organization of social protection of invalids. The strengths of the social protection of the population and highlights problem areas that require special attention from the state are investigated. The conclusion about the need to improve the social welfare system is given.
