Від 2005 року кафедра має назву "Інформаційні технології та системи колісних і гусеничних машин ім. О. О. Морозова", первісна назва – кафедра "Колісні та гусеничні машини".
Кафедра "Колісні та гусеничні машини" створена 2 грудня 1972 року. Ініціатором заснування кафедри був один із творців легендарного танка Т-34, головний конструктор ряду серійних танків (Т-44, Т-54, Т-64) і їхніх модифікацій, доктор технічних наук Олександр Олександрович Морозов, першим завідувачем – доктор технічних наук, професор Віталій Прокопович Аврамов.
Кафедра входить до складу Навчально-наукового інституту механічної інженерії і транспорту Національного технічного університету "Харківський політехнічний інститут".
У складі науково-педагогічного колективу кафедри працюють: 2 доктора технічних наук, 4 кандидата технічних наук; 2 співробітника мають звання професора, 4 – доцента.

The principles of profile formation bases of the computer networks based on open standards, variants of a network structure and their choice are considered in view of the requirements showed to reliability, quality of service, to functional and other characteristics of computer networks. These procedures can be realized as the tool utilities, which allowing to automate the process of computer systems designing.Документ Analysis of the influence of the inter-wheel differentials design on the resistance of the car curved motion(Технологический центр, 2019) Volontsevich, Dmitriy Olegovich; Mormylo, Jakov; Veretennikov, IevgeniiThe method and results of the analysis of the influence of the inter-wheel differentials design and the corresponding proportionality factors for the additional locking torque on the curved motion resistance of the four-wheel drive vehicle on paved roads are given. This allows choosing the most suitable designs for the parametric synthesis of the internally automated inter-wheel differential taking into account the results of studying the efficiency of different types of inter-wheel differentials under off-road conditions. Parametric optimization will allow synthesizing the internally automated inter-wheel differential, which would satisfy the requirements both to the vehicle cross-country ability and dynamics while not preventing the curved motion. In the process of modeling, the influence of the design and parameters of the inter-wheel differentials on power consumption in the motion with the given speed and trajectory, as well as on the actual turning radius of the vehicle, was estimated. According to the modeling results, it is concluded that it is possible to create a permanent internally automated inter-wheel differential based on differentials, in which locking degree depends on the squared difference in angular velocities of the semiaxles. For this, it is necessary to carry out optimization with respect to the proportionality factor of the locking torque, taking into account the limitations set forth in the work and using the described method of analyzing the influence of the inter-wheel differentials design on turning resistance. This will allow the effective operation of military and civil four-wheel drive vehicles both in difficult road conditions and on paved roads. In addition, the process of driving will not distract the driver to control the inter-wheel differentials, and the transmission will be performed without undue design complications.Документ Automation of Analysis And Structural-Parametric Synthesis of Planetary Gearboxes With Two Degrees Of Freedom(Austria, Sankt Lorenzen, 2016) Volontsevich, Dmitriy; Pasechnyi, S.The planetary gears in transmissions of non-rail ground transport vehicles are widely used. Mostly, all modern automatic transmissions are based on the planetary mechanisms. The design of the optimal schematic diagram and the calculations of the parameters is extremely complicated. Moreover, this process is automated particularly. The design of kinematic schemes, which based on the selected linkages is the most complicated process for automatization. The algorithm and software for analysis and structural-parametric synthesis of planetary gearboxes with two degrees of freedoms is considered. The suggested approach can be applied to elementary planetary gears and systems with two or more satellites and double-wheel gears. The software is implemented only for planetary gearboxes with two degrees of freedom. The software for the planetary gearboxes with three degrees of freedom is implemented at the nearest time. The quantitative criteria of quality for estimation of planetary gearboxes quality are developed. These criteria allow to numerically evaluating the following characteristics of planetary gearboxes as the presence and magnitude of the circulating power, the relative magnitude of the torque on brakes and clutches, the relative speed of rotation of the central units, satellites and open-loop brakes and clutches and much more. The aim of the study was achieved by bibliometric analysis and systematic review for identification approaches and principles of creating digital twins of various electro-hydraulic mechatronic systems in all stages of their life cycles. As a result of the research, publications were systematized in accordance with the approaches and methods proposed in them for creating digital twins of electrohydraulic mechatronic systems and their elements. Namely, which stages of the life cycles of electrohydraulic mechatronic systems are covered by the approaches and methods proposed in publications. During the bibliometric analysis, no publications were identified that would offer a systematic methodology for creating different types of digital twins of electrohydraulic mechatronic systems at all stages of their life cycles. Thus, the creation of such a systematic methodology is an important scientific and practical task.Документ Computational fluid dynamics modeling of a low pressure cold spraying nozzle(НТУ "ХПІ", 2014) Canales, H.; Lytvynov, A. A.; Markovich, S. E.; Dolmatov, A. I.The fluid dynamics design and optimization is one of the most important tasks in order to improve the Cold Spraying process. In the present study the Computational Fluid Dynamics methodology is applied in order to study the fluid dynamic characteristics of the supersonic airflow through the SK-20 Low Pressure Cold Spraying nozzle attached to a Dymet 405 Cold spraying system. A particle study was performed in order to determine the particle velocity and temperature of several powder materials commercially available. In order to validate the calculations, the results from the Computational Fluid Dynamics methodology are corroborated with experimentation using a supersonic pitot tube that measures the static and dynamic pressure from which Mach number at the exhaust of the nozzle is determined. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, 2015) Volontsevich, Dmitriy Olegovich; Duong, Sy HiepIn the proposed work on the example of tracked multifunctional transporter-tractor MT-LB authors identified critical turning radius depending on the speed and nature of the soil under the criterion of partial and full skid. For obtained turning radius when driving on heavy soils with a coefficient of resistance to rotation =0.8 on each transmittal the transmission power values were obtained, which is necessary to bring to the turning mechanism for the implementation of the rotation with a given radius. Proposed combination Turning Drive, which would allow using lower gears mechanical drive with fixed turning radius and in the upper gears - drive with infinitely variable turning radius. The used dynamic models for drive with: a classical symmetric conical open differential, a fully locked differential, and limitedslip differentials for which the locking torque depends on the load or the relative speed of rotation are described. During the study, the ratios of the adhesion coefficients under the right and left sides were varied. Light multipurpose tracked transporter-tractor MTLB – is one of these machines, which is equipped with mechanical dual-flux turning mechanisms. These turning mechanisms are controlled by levers instead of a steering wheel and in the turning the part of the kinetic energy is converted to heat by friction mechanisms. This article analyzes the problems of the installation of electric drive in the mechanical dual-flux turning mechanisms of tracked vehicles. Previously, by the authors of this article were published materials, which by the analytical methods investigated the possibility of using the electric drive in the dual-flux turning mechanisms on the example of the light multipurpose tracked transporter-tractor MTLB. To solve this problem, the authors proposed an algorithm and a program that allow by numerical modeling techniques make the parametric optimization of the turning mechanisms and use them to assess their effectiveness. In contrast to the analytical determination of the trajectory of movement of the machine numerical simulation make possible to calculate trajectory considering real-slipping and skidding of caterpillar tracks. For the increasing mass turnover of wood chips, new grabs have to be developed, which ensures an economical and spillage-free unloading of ships. This article presents an optimization strategy of an orange peel grab for wood chips. The shape of the grab shells is modified with simulations in such a way that the closing forces on the grab shells are reduced in order to grasp the long-fibre wood chips safely. With con-ventional grabs, this leads to a cyclic consolidation of the wood chips and their jamming with-in the grab. Arch-shaped consolidations in the upper part of the grab create loose areas in the lower part. Due to the consolidation, it may happen that the shells of the grab would not close completely. The material which is falling out represents a major source for water-pollution. The consolidation / arching can be simulated with the DEM, while at the same time the machine is considered by a multi-body model. Hence, it is possible to evaluate direct interactions and to derive geometry changes. In order to carry out the investigations, a grab optimized for wood chips was developed, which can unload large quantities of wood chips without any losses.Документ Parametric synthesis of the digital invariant stabilizer for a non-stationary object(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2020) Aleksandrov, Eu.; Aleksandrova, T. Ye.; Kostianyk, I.Two methods are considered for choosing the values of the variable parameters of the digital stabilizer for a non-stationary object, which ensures the invariance of the closed stabilization system to the action of external disturbances. The comparative analysis of the considered methods was carried out in order to identify their advantages and disadvantages. As an example, it is considered the problem of parametric synthesis of the digital stabilizer of the C5M cosmic stage of the Cyclone-3 carrier rocket as part of the program for the modernization of these objects created in the late 70s by the joint efforts of the Yuzhnoye Design Bureau and NPO Hartron, which contain an analog stabilization system and operating to date. It is concluded about advisability to replace the C5M analog stage stabilizer with the digital stabilizer in order to improve the quality of the stabilized process of the stage in the active part of the flight trajectory. It is shown that both methods considered in the article lead to the creation of the digital stabilizer that provides a significant reduction in the static error of the closed digital stabilization system of the cosmic stage of the carrier rocket and an increase in the quality of stabilization process.Документ Parametric synthesis of а non-stationary automatic control system of the course stability of the car(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2020) Aleksandrov, Eugene; Aleksandrova, T. In this regard, to solve the problem of parametric synthesis of a non-stationary automatic control system of the course stability of the car, an algorithmic method is co nsidered for choosing the variable parameters of the regulators of non-stationary objects, based on the direct calculation of the additive integral quadratic quality functional that reflects the set of requirements for the automatic regulator of a non- stationary object, followed by finding the values of the variable parameters a regulator delivering a minimum of quality functional, and the required values of the weight coefficients of the additive functional.Документ A refined technique for the automated determination of friction losses in the toothing of multithreaded transmissions with differential mechanisms and planetary gears(2017) Volontsevich, Dmitriy Olegovich; Veretennikov, Ievgenii; Kostianyk, I.; Pasechnyi, S.Multithreaded transmissions, which using differential mechanisms for separating and summing up power flows, have been widely used in the transmissions of transport vehicles and special drives. The quality of such transmissions and the magnitude of frictional losses in the toothing significantly depend on the adopted kinematic scheme and the ratio of powers passing through the corresponding links of the differential mechanisms. With the existing automated analysis and synthesis of such transmissions, a matrix approach has recently been widely used. The proposed work provides a refined technique for the automated determination of friction losses in the toothing of multithreaded transmissions which containing differential mechanisms and planetary gears. It makes it possible to more accurately determine friction losses in the toothing and at the same time preserves the linear structure of the system of equations, which permit to continue using the matrix approach to analyze and synthesize such transmissions. Examples are given for the formation of equations systems describing the force interaction between the elements of the scheme for all variants of the links commutation of planetary rows operating as three-link differential mechanisms and planetary gears with one stopped link. The work is based on the analysis of existing methods for determining friction losses in the toothing and personal practical experience in the design and study of multithreaded stepped and stepless transmissions. The received results allow to apply the offered technique in the modern program complexes focused on the automated analysis and synthesis of multithread transmissions with use of the matrix approach. The problem of identifying ideas, concepts, tools and developing the principles of their application for the restoration and transformation of high-tech engineering has been solved. It is shown that the restoration of high-tech engineering, in countries affected by hostilities, is advisable to carry out using the CALS concept. The top priority CALS technology and systems have been identified. An opportunity to jump from Industry 2.0 to Industry 4.0. for countries in which mechanical engineering has suffered greatly as a result of hostilities has been shown. The principles of restoration and transformation of high-tech engineering by implementing the principles of CALS concept in the context of Industry 4.0 development have been developed. The infrastructure of the participants of the life cycle of machine-building products is proposed. A model for optimizing the production program of the defense-industrial complex has been built. The model takes into consideration the nonlinearity associated with the optimization of the production program, as well as the stochastic nature of changes in the model parameters. An adaptive approach is proposed that makes it possible to optimize the production program according to the model even for specialists without special mathematical training. The priorities of post-war reconstruction of high-tech engineering have been defined. This study will make it possible to transform and restore the machine-building industry destroyed as a result of hostilities as soon as possible. The condition for the practical use of this study is to stop the hostilities.Документ Set of harmonized european standards for proof of competence of cranes – update 2019(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2019) Vöth, S.With EN 13001-1 ff. a harmonized set of standards for safety of cranes was and is established. Due to harmonization the use of the standards leads to the assumption of conformity with the safety requirements of the machinery directive. A major argument for the application of the standards. The standards comprise new concepts of proof of competence in comparison to previous standards. Keywords of these new concepts are "Classification", "Limit state method", "Mass Distribution Class" and "Partial safety factors". The article gives an overview to EN 13001-1, EN 13001-2, EN 13001-3-1 and EN 13001-3-3. This is the set of standards for the proof of the structural parts and wheel/rail contacts of a crane. The main aspects of the standards are shown and discussed with regard to their impact on calculation.
