In such circumstances, it is important to make the right decision-making appraisal apparatus, which will allow the officials of the system management bodies to be confident in the decisions made. Deciding to build a communications system at any level usually involves defining the purpose of its operation, selecting metrics and justifying the evaluation criteria, synthesizing alternative structures, and finding a rational option for deploying the communications system. The practice of the troops has convincingly shown that in the theory and practice of communications, there is a need to improve the scientific and methodological apparatus, which will meet the current conditions of operation of control systems and provide a more adequate assessment of the effectiveness of deployable communications systems. In this article, the authors propose a method for evaluating the effectiveness of the communication system of the operational troop grouping. The above method is based on the first time use of the communication system accessibility indicator. In the course of this research, the authors used the basic principles of communication theory, noise immunity theory and intelligence. The novelty of the proposed method is that the communication system operational troops grouping are estimated by generalized indicator of availability of channel resources and network communications system of the operational troops grouping. The practical value of the proposed methodology is that the methodology allows for a more accurate assessment of the communications system, the identification of deployment arrangements and measures to improve the effectiveness of the operational troops grouping.Документ Method of forecasting the conditionof radio-electronic situation of multiple systems in the conditions of uncertainty(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2019) Momit, AlexanderThe task of forecasting future values of the time series based on its previous values is the basis for planning in the economy, trade, energy and technical fields. Forecasting of a radio-electronic situation in the conditions of shortage of radio-frequency resource is a very important component of modern high-tech military conflicts, the transport basis of which are multi-antenna radio-emitting means. For this purpose, an analysis of the known methods of forecasting the radio-electronic situation is carried out in that article. It is established that nowadays there are many models of time series prediction, namely: regression and autoregressive models, neural network models, exponential smoothing models, Markov-based models, classification models, etc. Based on the above analysis, it is found that the most appropriate for use in the prediction problems of the electronic environment of multi-antenna communication systems are time series prediction methods, which are based on autoregressive models. The article proposes a technique for predicting the condition of the radio-electronic environment, which allows to increase the noise immunity of communication systems in the conditions of deliberate interference and the unsteady nature of the predicted process, in order to ensure electromagnetic compatibility and increase the efficiency of use of radio frequency resource by complexes. To solve the scientific problem, we use the general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis of complex technical systems, the theory of noise immunity of radio engineering systems and methods of mathematical modeling. It is advisable to use this technique while assessing the electronic environment and identifying measures to enhance the security of communications systems. The calculations show that the use of this method allows to reduce the error of the forecast by an average of 20%. The main type of information support is military intelligence, and its basis is radio-electronic intelligence. During the analysis of the known scientific achievements in the direction chosen by the authors of the researchit was established that at present there is no general methodology for assessing the capabilities of the forces and devices of radio-electronic intelligence for the information (reconnaissance) availability of electronic intelligence sources that is suitable for the use in automation devices of various control units, which connects separate indicators of information accessibility in generalized on the basis of the use of modern intelligence-information models. The authors of this research conducted a methodology for assessing the availability of radio-emission sources by the devices of radio-electronic intelligence. In the course of the research, the authors used the basic provisions of the theory of radio-electronic intelligence, the theory of communication, the theory of electronic warfare, the theory of signals, and general scientific methods ofanalysis and synthesis. The technique developed by the authors makes it possible to evaluate sources of electronic intelligence from the point of view of the expediency of including in the outline the distribution of forces and devices for different conditions of the situation (stages of combat or operations), effectively manage the forces and devices of extraction and processing in the interests of solving radio-electronic intelligence tasks, and evaluate the degree of this efficie ncy. This technique, which is an integral part of the general methodology for the distribution of forces and intelligence, can be applied at the command posts (grouping of troops, military units) of electronic intelligence and will increase the efficiency of conducting searches of sources and objects of electronic intelligence, as well as the distribution of forces and resources for tasks, objects and sources. Inaddition, it can be used to assess the effectiveness of existing and promising devices and complexes of electronic intelligence and electronic warfare. One of the ways to increase the noise immunity of military radiocommunication systems is to develop effective indicators, algorithms and methods for assessing the state of military radiocommunication systems. Nowadays, a large number of indicators for evaluating their effectiveness have been developed to evaluate military radiosystems, but their application is due to a number of limitations, that indicators with high precision are generally not used due to their high computational complexity, and those indicators having an acceptable computational complexity have low accuracy of evaluation. Therefore, in order to increase the protection of the security of military radio communication systems in the article, the authors developed a generalized indicator of the evaluation of the effectiveness of military radiocommunication systems. During the research, the authors of the article used the basic provisions of the theory of communication, mathematical statistics, management theory and the theory of tampering. The generalized indicator of the evaluation of the effectiveness of military radiocommunication systems developed in the work, allows to increase the noise immunity of military radiocommunication systems by increasing the speed of their state assessment. The carried out estimation of efficiency of the developed indicator allows to assert about its raisingon 15-22% efficiency in comparison with classical indices of power and spectral efficiency of systems of military radio communication. The practical significance of the research is the possibility of using the proposed generalized indicator of the evaluation of effectiveness in developing new and modernizing existing military radiocommunication facilities (radio monitoring centers).
