З 1961 р. у ХПІ видається збірник наукових праць "Вісник Харківського політехнічного інституту".
Згідно до наказу ректора № 158-1 від 07.05.2001 року "Про упорядкування видання вісника НТУ "ХПІ", збірник був перейменований у Вісник Національного Технічного Університету "ХПІ".
Вісник Національного технічного університету "Харківський політехнічний інститут" включено до переліку спеціалізованих видань ВАК України і виходить по серіях, що відображають наукові напрямки діяльності вчених університету та потенційних здобувачів вчених ступенів та звань.
Зараз налічується 30 діючих тематичних редколегій. Вісник друкує статті як співробітників НТУ "ХПІ", так і статті авторів інших наукових закладів України та зарубіжжя, які представлені у даному розділі.

    Benefits of emotional inтelligence for retail

    This article is devoted to the issue of emotional intelligence in the life of each person an in retail. The idea is based on the fact that the EQ itself has a decisive influence on the formation of the individual and his integration into the society. Also, the comparative characteristics of two types of intelligence and their importance in the development of personality, its development and success in retail. The author analyzes different types of thinking, the concept of emotions and the ways of their correction for mental and intellectual development, because emotions are the driving force in both personal life and the professional field. There is an opinion that without emotional intelligence it is now impossible to move forward or reach any significant heights, it can be developed and improved. Particular attention is paid to aspects of emotional intelligence and real steps that need to be taken to realize their own potential. Also the article reveals information about the ability to control our own emotions and our own understanding of our weaknesses and strengths. The article presents vivid examples of the real importance of EQ in business, management and retail. Provides practical recommendations for raising the level of emotional intelligence. The conclusion formed the main results of the study and analysis of EQ.

    The space of competencies and emotional intelligence in innovation projects

    Today such concept, as the project is firmly established in the life of almost any organization. Project activities, as well as any activity within the organization needs to manage, and in this case managers staff in project management. Functional (linear) and project management differ in the amount of tasks. If the functional Manager is mainly personnel management, it project manager performs more extensive features, which include: financial management, personnel management, operations (production) management, procurement and supply, technical-technological aspects of management, etc. Therefore, project Manager needs to have a sufficient level of competence and developed emotional intellect. The challenges facing leaders require the ability to carry out an active search for the necessary decision making information; to recognize the emotional state of the interlocutor, to interpret adequately the content of the received information taking into account their nature, degree of completeness and accuracy, the presence of "hidden meaning", manipulating, etc. The project Manager must be able to interact with their partners, subordinates to achieve the goals, to obtain the desired effect (change of behaviour, thoughts, relationships, etc.). The cross-reference relationships of the behavioral competencies of project managers on the models of the International Project Management Association (ICB 4.0) and the Japanese knowledge system P2M in the context of the development of emotional intelligence are investigated. The results of a comparative analysis of the behavioral competencies of the two knowledge systems identified key criteria for taxonomies that shape and develop the emotional intelligence of project managers.
