Космогеніка: перші кроки у світ. Нарис нової космічної науки

Abstract

Пропонується створення перспективної космологічної науки, актуальність якою викликана необхідністю подолання загрози Великого фільтру Робіна Хенсона, запобігання процесу знищення цивілізації на сучасному етапі трансформаціє від планетарної до планетарно-космічної цивілізації, що вимагає інтеграція наукових дисциплін, що вивчають вплив космосу на життя й цивілізацію, а також вплив людської діяльності на космічне середовище. Обґрунтовується теза про те, що саме космос може розглядатися не лише як об’єкт наукового дослідження, але й як екзистенційна умова виживання цивілізації. Розглядаються інтелектуальні передумови виникнення космогеніки, основні етапи енергетичної взаємодії людини з космосом, перелік космологічних наук, які мають бути інтегровані в еру практичного освоєння космічного простору, основні проблеми які має вирішувати космогеніка як практична і прикладна космологія. Висувається теза про необхідність створення геокосмічних технологій та Глобальної системи управління космічною діяльністю. Аналізується вплив духовності на існуючи підходи людства до освоєння космосу, етичні засади космогеніки.The article proposes the establishment of a prospective cosmological discipline, the relevance of which is determined by the need to overcome the threat of the Great Filter proposed by Robin Hanson and to prevent the destruction of civilization at the current stage of transformation from a planetary to a planetary-cosmic civilization. This task requires the integration of scientific disciplines that study both the influence of outer space on life and civilization and the impact of human activity on the cosmic environment. The paper substantiates the thesis that space should be regarded not only as an object of scientific inquiry but also as an existential condition for the survival of civilization. It examines the intellectual prerequisites for the emergence of Cosmogenics, the principal stages of humanity’s energetic interaction with space, and the range of cosmological sciences that should be integrated in the era of practical space exploration. Particular attention is devoted to the key problems that Cosmogenics, understood as a practical and applied cosmology, is expected to address. The article advances the thesis that the development of geocosmic technologies and a Global System for the Governance of Space Activities is a necessity. It also analyzes the influence of spirituality on existing approaches to space exploration and considers the ethical foundations of Cosmogenics.
