Конкурентний потенціал в системі стратегічного управління розвитком аграрних підприємств

Abstract

З позиції гнучкості агробізнесу конкурентний потенціал виступає основою для його стратегічного управління та тривалого зростання. Ефективна реалізація адаптивного управління розвитком дозволяє суб'єктам господарювання оперативно підлаштовуватися до ринкових змін шляхом максимальної віддачі від ресурсів та вдосконалення внутрішніх процесів. Доведено, що така орієнтація сприятиме не лише утвердженню лідерського позиціонування на ринку, а й формуванню дієвого механізму захисту від зовнішніх загроз, що гарантує стабільну роботу в майбутньому. На основі проведеного аналізу обґрунтована необхідність трансформації стратегічного управління для зміцнення конкурентного потенціалу аграрних підприємств в умовах сучасних викликів. Досліджено основні чинники впливу на економічну стійкість галузі, серед яких особливу увагу приділено воєнним ризикам та змінам природно-кліматичних умов. У процесі роботи сформовано комплекс пріоритетних напрямів розвитку, що базуються на оптимізації ресурсного забезпечення та активному впровадженні інноваційних технологій. Визначено, що інтеграція у глобальні ланцюги створення вартості та диверсифікація ринків збуту аграрної продукції є вирішальними для гарантування економічної безпеки суб’єктів господарювання. Обґрунтовано перелік доцільних напрями вдосконалення системи їх стратегічного управління розвитком аграрних підприємств, що здатні забезпечити дієві механізми трансформації в сучасних умовах. Також доведено критичну роль кадрового капіталу та управлінських компетенцій як фундаменту для успішної цифрової модернізації виробництва. Загалом узагальнено, що лише системне поєднання інвестиційних, маркетингових та адаптивних механізмів управління забезпечить сталий розвиток аграрного сектору України.From the perspective of agribusiness flexibility, competitive potential serves as the cornerstone for strategic management and long-term growth. The effective implementation of adaptive development management enables business entities to promptly adjust to market shifts by maximizing resource yields and refining internal processes. It has been demonstrated that such an orientation facilitates not only the establishment of a leading market position but also the formation of a robust mechanism for protection against external threats, thereby ensuring operational stability in the future. The analytical findings substantiate the imperative to transform strategic management approaches to bolster the competitive potential of agricultural enterprises amidst contemporary exigencies. Key determinants affecting the sector's economic resilience were examined, with a specialized focus on security risks and environmental fluctuations. Throughout the research, a framework of priority development vectors was established, centered on resource optimization and the accelerated adoption of innovative solutions. The study concludes that embedding enterprises within global value chains and diversifying export markets are vital to safeguarding the economic security of agricultural producers. A range of viable strategies for enhancing the strategic management of agricultural enterprise development has been substantiated, offering robust mechanisms for transformation within the current economic landscape. Moreover, the study confirms that human capital and managerial expertise are essential groundwork for the successful digital modernization of production processes. It is concluded that the sustainable advancement of Ukraine’s agricultural sector can only be achieved through a systemic integration of investment, marketing, and adaptive management frameworks. Only a systematic combination of investment, marketing, and adaptive management mechanisms will ensure the sustainable development of Ukrainian agricultural producers and the agricultural sector as a whole.
