Abstract
The improvement of methodological approaches to the technical assessment of turbogenerators under conditions of long-term operation and increased safety requirements of energy facilities is considered. The purpose of the study is to develop an integrated method for assessing the technical condition of stator winding bars based on the combined analysis of thermal, vibration and hydraulic parameters, taking into account their mutual influence. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to increase the reliability of turbogenerators operating at nuclear power plants and to ensure early detection of defects that may lead to emergency conditions. The methods used in the study are based on the integration of classical diagnostic approaches with elements of mathematical modeling and parametric analysis. In particular, the method includes the formation of a system of diagnostic indicators, normalization of parameters relative to permissible values, and the construction of a dimensionless integral indicator of the technical condition. The approach takes into account pressure losses in the cooling system, root mean square values of vibration acceleration, spectral characteristics of vibration, temperature parameters, temperature gradients, and the rate of temperature change. Special attention is paid to the synergistic interaction between thermal and vibration processes, which is introduced into the model through an additional coupling term. The results of the study demonstrate that the proposed method allows increasing the sensitivity and reliability of diagnostics compared to traditional approaches that consider parameters separately. The developed integral indicator provides the possibility to identify pre-emergency states of stator winding bars at early stages of defect development.
