Зміцнення фінансового потенціалу територіальних громад

Abstract

Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора філософії за спеціальністю 072 – Фінанси, банківська справа та страхування (07 – Управління та адміністрування). – Національний технічний університет «Харківський політехнічний інститут», Міністерство освіти і науки України, Харків, 2026 р. Дисертаційну роботу присвячено теоретичному обґрунтуванню та розробці методичних рекомендацій щодо формування і зміцнення фінансового потенціалу територіальних громад . Об’єктом дослідження є фінансовий потенціал територіальних громад. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні положення формування та зміцнення фінансового потенціалу територіальних громад. Метою дисертаційної роботи є розкриття теоретичних положень і удосконалення методичних засад формування та зміцнення фінансового потенціалу територіальних громад в умовах децентралізації, інституційної трансформації публічних фінансів та інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку.Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 072 – Finance, Banking and Insurance (07 – Management and Administration). – National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kharkiv, 2026. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological provisions for the formation and strengthening of the financial potential of territorial communities. The purpose of the dissertation is to reveal the theoretical provisions and improve the methodological foundations for the formation and strengthening of the financial potential of territorial communities under conditions of decentralization, institutional transformation of public finance, and integration of sustainable development principles.
