Бізнес-діагностика потенціалу підприємства в умовах інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку

Abstract

У статті здійснено комплексне дослідження сутності, змісту та функціонального призначення бізнес-діагностики потенціалу підприємства в умовах інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку економіки. Обґрунтовано, що в сучасних умовах посилення глобальної конкуренції, технологічних зрушень та зростання рівня невизначеності зовнішнього середовища бізнес-діагностика набуває статусу ключового інструменту стратегічного управління розвитком підприємства. Доведено, що її застосування дозволяє забезпечити об’єктивне оцінювання ресурсних можливостей суб’єкта господарювання, рівня його інноваційної спроможності та інвестиційної привабливості. У межах дослідження визначено та систематизовано основні складові потенціалу підприємства, зокрема виробничу, фінансову, кадрову, інноваційну та інвестиційну, а також розкрито їх взаємозв’язок і взаємовплив у процесі формування стійких конкурентних переваг. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до здійснення бізнес-діагностики, що ґрунтуються на використанні фінансових, стратегічних, інноваційних та інвестиційних показників, а також інтегрованих методів оцінювання, які поєднують кількісні та якісні параметри розвитку підприємства. Показано, що комплексна бізнес-діагностика потенціалу підприємства сприяє своєчасному виявленню внутрішніх резервів розвитку, підвищенню обґрунтованості управлінських та інвестиційних рішень, а також формуванню ефективної інноваційної стратегії, орієнтованої на довгостроковий розвиток. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення системи бізнес-діагностики з урахуванням потреб інноваційно інвестиційного розвитку, що передбачають інтеграцію стратегічного аналізу, оцінювання інноваційного потенціалу та інвестиційних ризиків. Практична цінність результатів дослідження полягає у можливості їх використання в діяльності підприємств при здійсненні стратегічного планування, розробленні програм інноваційного розвитку, підвищенні ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу та зростанні інвестиційної привабливості бізнесу.The article provides a comprehensive study of the essence, content, and functional role of business diagnostics of enterprise potential in the context of innovation and investment-driven economic development. It is substantiated that under current conditions of intensified global competition, technological shifts, and increasing uncertainty of the external environment, business diagnostics acquires the status of a key instrument of strategic management of enterprise development. It is proven that its application ensures an objective assessment of the resource capabilities of an economic entity, the level of its innovative capacity, and its investment attractiveness. Within the framework of the study, the main components of enterprise potential are identified and systematized, including production, financial, human, innovation, and investment components, and their interrelationships and mutual influence in the process of forming sustainable competitive advantages are revealed. Modern approaches to business diagnostics based on the use of financial, strategic, innovation, and investment indicators, as well as integrated assessment methods combining quantitative and qualitative parameters of enterprise development, are analyzed. It is shown that comprehensive business diagnostics of enterprise potential contributes to the timely identification of internal development reserves, increases the validity of managerial and investment decisions, and supports the formation of an effective innovation strategy focused on long-term development. The article proposes directions for improving the business diagnostics system in accordance with the needs of innovation and investment development, which include the integration of strategic analysis, assessment of innovation potential, and evaluation of investment risks. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of their application in enterprise activities in the process of strategic planning, development of innovation development programs, improvement of the efficiency of resource potential utilization, and enhancement of business investment attractiveness.
