В результаті проведеного морфологічного аналізу сутності поняття визначено, що ключовими словами у трактування аутсорсингу є «передача» та «угода». Здійснення морфологічної деком-позиції за сутнісною, організаційною та якісною складовими дозволило сформулювати визначення аутсорсингу в межах стратегічного підходу до управління організацією – як засіб оптимізації бізнес-системи, в межах системного підходу – як сукупність відносин між суб’єктами господарювання, в межах процесного підходіу – як передача деяких бізнес-процесів або функцій сторонній організації.The article analyzes the main scientific approaches to understanding the concept of "outsourcing". A morphological analysis of the essence of the concept has been carried out. As a result it is determined that the keywords in the treatment of outsourcing are "transfer" and "agreement". The fulfillment of the morphological decomposition on the substantive, organizational and qualitative components allowed formulating outsourcing definitions within the strategic, system and process approaches to managing the organization. As an element of strategic management, outsourcing is seen as optimizing the business system by distributing its functions on such performed independently and purchased from outside organizations. Within the framework of the system approach, outsourcing is considered as a set of relationships related to the refusal of the own execution of business processes, or their components, aimed at increasing the efficiency of the enterprise through the use of the resource of the external entity.
