Проведено аналіз обсягу виробництва машинобудування. Розглянуто динаміку інвестицій в основний капітал машинобудівельної галузі України. Виявлено найбільш важливі проблеми сучасного стану машинобудування та визначено можливі перспективи розвитку галузі. На основі проведеного аналізу наведено основні сучасні характеристики машинобудівельної галузі України.The article presents an analysis of the domestic machine-building complex of Ukraine in 2011- 2013 on the basis of statistical data, respectively. The current state, the modalities and possible further development prospects of engineering industry are analysed. The analysis of production engineering industry. The dynamics of investments in fixed capital machinebuilding industry of Ukraine. The most important problems issues of the current state of engineering are studied. Possible prospects developments of the machine-building industry are given. On the basis of this analysis are the main characteristics of modern engineering industry of Ukraine. Strengths and weaknesses of the machine-building industry of Ukraine are given. The need for constant monitoring and development engineering is considered.
