Визначено ключові фактори, які обумовлюють необхідність удосконалення правової основи поведінки суб’єктів енергоринку як інструменту, який використовує держава з метою реалізації своєї регулюючої функції у відносинах між ними.The article discusses the legal and regulatory framework regulating relations between the participants of the electricity market of Ukraine, which requires constant revision in the context of the transition to the new format of the market. The key factors that determine the need to improve the legal framework of the energy behavior of the subjects as a tool that uses the state to implement its regulatory functions with regard to the relations between them are identify.
