Алгоритм розглядається для технологічного процесу обслуговування клієнтури транспортних і експедиторських підприємств, який характеризується стохастичним попитом на послуги з перевезення вантажів. Описана програмна реалізація основних процедур представленого алгоритму. Запропонований підхід дозволяє формувати маршрути доставки в оперативному режимі на підставі бази заявок, що динамічно змінюється.The general form of an algorithm for forming the cargo delivery routes has been presented. The proposed algorithm allows taking into consideration the stochastic nature of demand on services of freight forwarding and transportation companies. The algorithm considers features of the transportation technological process as well. Unlike existing approaches, the proposed method for delivery routes forming could be used under conditions of the requests database, which is permanently being changed. As an efficiency criterion for the process of request on cargo delivery servicing the service level has been proposed. This index has been defined as a ratio of serviced requests number and an overall number of received requests.
