Саме це потребує пошуку (створення) нових методів і підходів його оцінки для ефективного забезпечення конкурентної переваги підприємства на ринку. Цілий ряд особливостей має управління інтелектуальним потенціалом машинобудівного підприємства. До них відносяться: компетенції, здібності, технології, інтелектуальні ресурси, ефективні комунікації, інноваційна активність тощо. Ці особливості значною мірою впливають на розвиток інтелект уального потенціалу. У статті досліджено існуючі поняття терміну "потенціал підприємства", виокремлено інтелектуальний потенціал як економічну категорію та наведено власне розуміння цього терміну. Проаналізовано структуру інтелектуального потенціалу та виявлено його місце в економічному потенціалі підприємства. Обґрунтовані складові інтелектуального потенціалу, проведено аналіз їх розвитку в сучасних соціально-економічних умовах.The article analyzes the existing concepts of the term "potential of the enterprise", identifies the intellectual potential as an economic category and gives an idea of the term itself. The structure of intellectual potential is analyzed and its place in the economic potential of the enterprise is revealed. Substantiated components of intellectual potential, an analysis of their development in modern socio-economic conditions. The intellectual potential is one of the important factors of the long-term success of the enterprise, is a category that ensures the formation of unique its competitive advantages. Maximizing the level of intellectual potential of the enterprise at the practical level requires the further development of clear theoretical and methodological approaches to managing it. In a transformational economy, intellectual potential plays an important role in increasing the competitiveness of an enterprise, and its evaluation helps to quantify key competencies, assess competitive advantages and concentrate the resources needed to strengthen them. The assessment of intellectual potential is one of the main tasks for a modern, successful, competitive and innovative, attractive organization.
