Рассматриваются различные аспекты взаимоотношений двух европейских государств. Особое внимание уделено договорно-правовой базе отношений. Германия поддерживает усилия Украины, направленные на построение прочного и стабильного государства, основанного на верховенстве закона по европейскому образцу. В конце сделан вывод о рациональности продолжения и укрепления разнообразных взаимосвязей между Германией и Украиной.The article contains analysis of the problem of the importance of bilateral relations between Ukraine and Germany. In the article different aspects of relations between the two European nations are viewed. Particular attention is paid to the legal basis of relations. Are considered various aspects of cooperation between Germany and Ukraine in the field of political relations, economic relations, cultural exchanges, scientific cooperation, judicial cooperation and human rights, military-political and military cooperation, cooperation in the field of education. Are analyzed documents of international legal character, on which is based cooperation between Ukraine and Germany.
