Визначено принципи, які забезпечують ефективність антикризового управління промисловими підприємствами. Сформульовано властивості системи антикризового управління промисловим підприємством. Визначено, що основним інструментом системи антикризового управління промисловим підприємством є організаційноекономічний механізм управління, розробка і впровадження якого має стимулювати економічний розвиток за допомогою цілісного та ефективного використання економічного потенціалу підприємства, забезпечувати своєчасність, адекватність передбачення можливих відхилень від плану і цільової установки підприємства, як певної мікроекономічної системи. Встановлено оперативні та стратегічні заходи щодо виходу промислових підприємств з кризи, які реалізуються в межах системи антикризового управління підприємствамиTheoretical questions of anti-crisis management of industrial enterprises are investigated. The principles that ensure the effectiveness of anti-crisis management of industrial enterprises are defined. The properties of the anti-crisis management system of an industrial enterprise are formulated. It is determined that the main tool of the anti-crisis management system of an industrial enterprise is the organizational and economical management mechanism, the development and implementation of which should stimulate economical development by means of a holistic and effective use of the enterprise's economical potential, ensure timeliness, adequacy of anticipating possible deviations from the plan and target installation of the enterprise as defined microeconomic system.
