Проведений аналіз державної інноваційної політики, яка реалізується в системі поглядів, вимог, принципів, та визначається основними напрямками і формами заходів в галузі інновацій. Виявлено, що через обмеженість ресурсів, контролюються й регулюються ті інноваційні процеси, які відповідають інтересам націй, включені в пріоритетні об'єкти такої політики. Аналіз інноваційних процесів показав яким чином регулювання інноваційного розвитку підпорядковано загальній стратегії розвитку держави, завданням збереження та перебільшення економічного потенціалу національного господарства, забезпеченню економічної безпеки держави.The theoretical positions and practical experience of state regulation of innovative processes are generalized. The analysis of state innovation policy is carried out, which is implemented in the system of views, requirements, principles, and is determined by the main directions and forms of activities in the field of innovation. It was revealed that due to the limited resources, those innovative processes that are in the interests of the nations included in the priority objects of such policy are controlled and regulated. The analysis of innovative processes showed how the regulation of innovation development is subordinated to the overall strategy of the state development, the tasks of preserving and exaggeration of the economic potential of the national economy, ensuring the economic security of the state. Having assessed the methods and forms of state intervention in the innovation sphere, the following are highlighted: administrative, legal and economic; but on the direction of direct and indirect effects.
