Систематизовано функції державного регулювання ЗЕД і їх розподіл між органами влади.International economic law regulates the international economic order or economic relations among nations. The legal aspects of the regulation of foreign economic activity are analysed in the article. The main public authorities and local governments, their influence on regulation of foreign trade activities are considered. The value of the legal basis for state regulati on of foreign trade is studied. The problem of the functioning of the legal system of state regulation of foreign trade activities is examined and the functions of state regulation of foreign trade activities and their distribution between authorities are organized. Functions of state regulation of foreign trade activities and their distribution between authorities are systematized.
