The technique is designed for both the use of universal construction stands with a set of discrete elements, microcircuits, and replaceable modules, and for the use of computer modeling packages. The following provisions should be followed when carrying out laboratory work: 1) laboratory work is carried out frontally in the whole group, the amount of tasks is determined by the lecturer; 2) independent preparation for each laboratory work is required, including the study of theoretical material and the implementation of the necessary project work; 3) during the laboratory work, students must complete an individual task and provide the teacher with all developed programs and research results; 4) a report is required for each laboratory work. The methodical instructions were developed at the Department of Computer Engineering and Programming and can be used for training of certified specialists in the major "Computer Engineering".enmethodological instructionstimer operation modeswatchdog timerinformation technololymicrocontrollerssoftwareown interrupt handlersMethodical instructions for laboratory works in the "Embedded systems" academic disciplineLearning Objecthttps://orcid.org/0000-0003-2837-0444https://orcid.org/0009-0008-1728-9089https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4173-699X
