Метою статті є загальний аналіз трансформацій у формуванні та розумінні особистісної істини і життя людини згідно з цією істиною, тобто огляд та інтерпретація різноманітних практик, «технологій себе» (у фукольдіанському тлумаченні), які мали місце в європейському культурному просторі і були спрямовані на побудову того, що називається «людина».The article is aimed at studying the forms of personal truth and being according to it, which were relevant in the conditions that formed them, as well as at substantiating some of them as the most relevant and effective in the conditions of the current anthropological crisis.
