Висвітлено шлях до успіху в банку завдяки ефе ктивному використанню методів управління персоналом. Акцент зроблено на впровадження системи оцінювання банківського персоналу для розроблення та здійснення управлінських рішень з метою досягнення поставлених цілей. Наведено пропозиції щодо удосконалення мотивування та стимулювання банківського персоналу.The article reveals peculiarities of personnel management in banks today. It is proved that the path to success lies in the bank through the effective use of management practices. Emphasis is placed on implementation of bank personnel evaluation system for the development and implementation of management decisions to achieve their goals. Presents proposals to improve the motivation and incentives of bank staff. It is noted that the improvement of banking HR strategy should provide an effective mechanism for the creation of motivation, which provides: approximation bank interests to the interests of its employees (and vice versa); objective and comprehensive assessment of human capabilities, appropriate use of a bank; creating conditions for the development and implementation of the labour potential personnel system employees flexible adaptation to market conditions; forms a close relationship with the complexity of incentives and productivity of labour.ukсистема оцінюваннярішення управлінськімотиваціястимулevaluationmotivationArticle
