За допомогою проблемно-пошукового методу дослідження в інформаційному науковому просторі виявлено велику кількість праць гуманітарного спрямування, яку важко проаналізувати, тому з метою їх обмеження в статті зроблено акцент на понятійно-категоріальній конструкції «гуманітарна сфера», яка зустрічається лише в назві робіт. Виявлено та проаналізовано вихідні дані досліджень, здійснено попередній аналіз наукових здобутків та визначено основні тенденції, притаманні даному напрямку досліджень. Основні висновки дослідження: виявлено лише 17 дисертацій, у яких предметом дослідження є гуманітарна сфера, серед яких 2 докторські; дані дисертації виконані в 5 наукових галузях (історичні, філологічні, політичні науки, національна безпека, державне управління) та захищені по 7 спеціальностям, більшість з яких у науці державного управління та в історичній науці; на сьогодні немає жодної дисертації з визначеною у статті проблематикою, виконаної в науці публічного управління та адміністрування; найбільшою популярністю користуються різноманітні аспекти державного управління гуманітарною сферою, питання співробітництва в цій сфері, формування та реалізації державної політики щодо розвитку гуманітарної сфери; найчастіше в роботах розкривають проблеми розвитку гуманітарної сфери в умовах сучасних викликів та загроз національній або державній безпеці України, що цілком відповідає сучасним реаліям. Однак саме реалії сьогодення в роботах не відображено. Зокрема, дисертація, що захищена в 2020 р., є суто історичною та присвячена дослідженню діяльності в гуманітарній сфері Українського центрального комітету в період нацистської окупації. У статті окреслено перспективні напрями досліджень проблеми публічного управління гуманітарною сферою України. Оскільки сьогодні національна безпека Української держави – це здатність захистити свою незалежність, систему державного управління, публічні інститути від зовнішнього негативного впливу, зовнішньої агресії, то вважаємо, що перспективними й найбільш актуальними напрямами сучасних досліджень можуть бути такі: формування та реалізація політики національної безпеки в гуманітарній сфері, загрози й виклики; публічне управління у гуманітарній сфері України; державна політика України щодо забезпечення гуманітарної безпеки; гуманітарна сфера як складова національної безпеки України.The article is devoted to clarifying the state of highlighting the problem of public management of the humanitarian sphere of Ukraine in the scientific works of Ukrainian scientists. With the help of the problem-search method of research in the information scientific space, a large number of works of a humanitarian direction, which are difficult to analyze, were found, therefore, in order to limit them, the article focused on the conceptual-categorical construction "humanitarian sphere", which is found only in the title of the works. The initial data of the research were identified and analyzed, a preliminary analysis of scientific achievements was carried out, and the main trends inherent in this direction of research were determined. The main conclusions of the study are: only 17 dissertations were found, in which the subject of research is the humanitarian sphere, including 2 doctoral dissertations; these dissertations were completed in 5 scientific fields (historical, philological, political sciences, national security, public administration) and defended in 7 specialties, most of which are in the science of public administration and historical science; today, there is no dissertation with the issues defined in the article, completed in the science of public management and administration; the most popular are various aspects of state management of the humanitarian sphere, issues of cooperation in this sphere, formation and implementation of state policy regarding the development of the humanitarian sphere; most often, the works reveal the problems of the development of the humanitarian sphere in the conditions of modern challenges and threats to the national or state security of Ukraine, which fully corresponds to modern realities. However, the reality of today is not reflected in the works. In particular, the dissertation defended in 2020 is purely historical and is devoted to researching the activities of the Ukrainian Central Committee in the humanitarian sphere during the Nazi occupation. The article outlines prospective directions of research into the problem of public management of the humanitarian sphere of Ukraine.
