Отримані функції перетворення поєднують електричні і геометричні параметри циліндричного металевого виробу з вихідними сигналами електромагнітного перетворювача. Вони дозволяють розрахувати величини електропровідності і радіуса контрольованого прутка, використовуючи вимірювані параметри сигналу перетворювача при одній частоті. Розроблений метод значно спрощує реалізацію двохпараметрового контролю без застосування складних математичних функцій.The theory of the electromagnetic transducer, which is based on the allocation of extremum change of the normalized amplitude of the output signal is given. The resulting transform function combines electrical and geometric parameters of the cylindrical metal sample with the output signals of the electromagnetic transducer is obtained. They allow to calculate the value of the electrical conductivity and the radius rod controlled using the measured values of the signal transmitter at the same frequency. The developed method greatly simplifies the implementation of the two-parameter control without the use of complex mathematical functions. The advantage of the developed method of eddy current testing is that the measurement of two parameters of the product is carried out on only one particular frequency.
