Розроблено методи визначення потенційних можливостей збалансованої системи показників для вітчизняних підприємств, надано пропозиції по складу традиційний складових цієї системи у відповідності з поставленими завданнями.The authors offer methodological and practical suggestions for using the balanced scorecard in the formation of innovation and investment policy of industrial enterprise. The methods of determining the potential opportunities of the balanced scorecard for domestic enterprises, there are suggestions for the composition of the traditional components of the system in accordance with the tasks. Proposed to improve the efficiency of formation of innovative-investment policy is proposed to use one of the most famous models of the complex providing of efficiency of industrial enter prises - balanced scorecard.
