Систематизовано основні нормативно-правові акти та документи державного регулювання інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності в Україні за сферою їх регулювання. Розкрито механізм державного регулювання інноваційної діяльності, який включає елементи прямого та непрямого впливу. Визначено основні види фінансової підтримки суб’єктів інноваційної діяльності.The main strategic priority directions of innovation activity in Ukraine for 2011-2021 are considered. The main goal of state regulation of innovation policy is determined, the principles of state innovation policy and ways of state regulation of innovation activity in Ukraine are revealed. The basic legal acts and documents of the state regulation of innovation and investment activity in Ukraine in the sphere of their regulation are systematized. The mechanism of state regulation of innovation activity, which includes elements of direct and indirect influence, is disclosed. The main types of financial support of the subjects of innovation activity are determined.
