Розглянуто складнощі створення творчих колективів. Обговорюються проблеми оцінки кваліфікації та визначення компетенції працівників різних установ та підприємств. Показано, що на інтуїтивному рівні люди усвідомлюють цінність та значення окремих осіб та їх вплив на політичні та економічні процеси. Втрата працівників високої кваліфікації та високого рівня інтелекту завжди призводить до втрати ваги та впливу установи, яка з ним розлучилося. Розглянуто підходи щодо оцінки кореляції між втратою ринкової вартості або ослабленням інших ринкових параметрів та кількісними характеристиками ефективності провідних співробітників та виконавців, тобто їхнього інтелекту.The possibility of evaluating the intelligence of a specialist and a scientist is shown to the principle. The collaborative creation of creative teams is examined. The problems of evaluating qualifications and determining the competence of practitioners in various establishments and enterprises are discussed. It is shown that, on an intuitive level, people perceive the value of that value of other economics and their impact on the political and economic processes.
