В статті досліджені основні підходи до розробки системи грейдів для визначення базової винагороди працівникам різних категорій підприємства машинобудівної галузі. Наведено порядок розрахунку преміальної винагороди та проаналізовані ключові параметри, що забезпечують її формування відповідно до частки участі в її виконанні, як самого працівника, так і колективу. Надані пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи показників для управління матеріальною мотивацією фахівців та інших службовців промислового підприємства.The use of pay system based on grade as an example PC "Svet Shahtera".
