Выполнен анализ литературы, где определены понятия рынка труда в общем, занятости, безработицы, основные показатели для их количественной характеристики. Так же выполнен статистический анализ динамики занятости населения, конъюнктуры спроса и предложения рабочей силы и нагрузки на рабочие места по стране в целом и в региональном аспекте. Сделаны выводы о текущем состоянии рынка труда Украины, а также возможных мер по предотвращению безработицы.Disclosed topical issues of contemporary problems of the labor market in Ukraine, as well as the approaches to their statistical study.
