The general principles of constructing short-range radar system are described in the form of their structural diagrams and algorithms for their operation, which ensure the maximization of the signal-to-noise power ratio at the output of the receiving device. An optimal procedure for distinguishing a noise-like signal against a background of noise and interference was proposed on the basis of measuring the moment characteristics of the probability distributions of signals and interference.enradiolocationnonlinear radarcorrelation filteringradar information processingKnowledge Representation Method for Object Recognition in Nonlinear Radar SystemsArticlehttps://orcid.org/0000-0003-0008-6548https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8682-5000https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1073-023Xhttps://orcid.org/0000-0002-9613-186X
