Hydrogen was obtained from water by its chemical decomposition with high-energy hydroreacting compounds. A comparative analysis of the characteristics of samples prior to and after treatment was carried out. It has been found that hydrogen has a significant affect on decrease in the ultimate strength of the cores and their «embrittlement».
