Виділено чотири фази кризи підприємства і визначити напрямки відповідних їм управлінських рішень. Сформовано і підтверджено таку гіпотезу: заходи з подолання кризи підприємства можуть бути організовані у вигляді проєкту і, отже, антикризове управління може здійснюватися на основі проєктного підходу На підставі аналізу літератури, наведемо методичні рекомендації до механізму здійснення антикризового управління які включають 5 етапів.The methodology of anti-crisis management of the enterprise was studied. Four phases of the enterprise crisis are identified and directions of management decisions corresponding to them are determined.
