Досліджено та проаналізовано сучасний стан венчурного капіталу на міжнародній арені. Безпосереднє вивчення даного стану дозволяє зрозуміти перспективи розвитку венчурного сектору, ідентифікувати можливі та потенційні ризики для інвесторів, а також визначити стратегічні напрямки для подальшого розвитку галузі. Розкрито сутність поняття «венчурний капітал». Визначено актуальність та проблеми розвитку венчурного сектору в світі та Україні. У світі сфера венчурного інвестування є важливим елементом економіки, що сприяє стимулюванню інновацій та розвитку нових технологій. У даній статті проводиться аналіз обсягів венчурного інвестування на міжнародній арені з метою визначення сучасного стану цього сектору та його перспектив розвитку. Венчурний капітал є формою приватного капіталу, який інвестується у стартапи та молоді компанії з високим потенціалом росту. Цей вид інвестицій є вкрай важливим для стимулювання інновацій, оскільки допомагає фінансувати проекти, які можуть мати значний вплив на економіку та суспільство в цілому. Аналіз сучасного стану венчурного капіталу дозволяє зрозуміти, які сектори та регіони найбільш привабливі для інвесторів, а також виявити потенційні ризики, пов'язані з цим видом інвестування. Зокрема, важливо враховувати такі чинники, як політична та економічна стабільність, наявність талановитих кадрів та доступ до технологічних інфраструктур. Зосередження на перспективах розвитку венчурного сектору допомагає визначити нові можливості для інвестування та сприяє створенню стратегій, спрямованих на максимізацію прибутковості інвестицій. Зокрема, у зв'язку з розвитком таких галузей, як штучний інтелект, біотехнології та чиста енергія, венчурний капітал може виявитися особливо ефективним інструментом для фінансування інноваційних проектів. Актуальність розвитку венчурного сектору визначається його потенціалом для стимулювання інновацій та змін у різних галузях економіки. Однак існують і проблеми, які перешкоджають повному розвитку цього сектору. Україна також стикається з викликами у розвитку венчурного сектору. Незважаючи на потенціал та талановитість молодих підприємців, країна ще не має достатньої інфраструктури та фінансової підтримки для розвитку венчурних проектів на міжнародному рівні. Проте востаннє уряд України вживає кроки для стимулювання венчурних інвестицій, що може стати першим кроком до активного розвитку цього сектору в майбутньому. Отже, дослідження сучасного стану венчурного інвестування у світі та Україні є важливим для розуміння перспектив розвитку цього сектору та виявлення стратегічних напрямків для подальшого його розвитку.The article examines the volume of venture capital investment in the world. The current state of venture capital in the international arena is studied and analyzed. A direct study of this state allows to understand the prospects for the development of the venture capital sector, to identify possible and potential risks for investors, and to determine strategic directions for further development of the industry. The essence of the concept of "venture capital" is revealed. The relevance and problems of development of the venture capital sector in the world and Ukraine are determined. In the world, the sphere of venture investment is an important element of the economy, contributing to the stimulation of innovation and the development of new technologies. This article analyzes the volume of venture investment in the international arena in order to determine the current state of this sector and its development prospects. Venture capital is a form of private capital that is invested in startups and young companies with high growth potential. This type of investment is extremely important for stimulating innovation, as it helps to finance projects that can have a significant impact on the economy and society as a whole. Analysis of the current state of venture capital allows us to understand which sectors and regions are most attractive to investors, as well as to identify potential risks associated with this type of investment. In particular, it is important to take into account such factors as political and economic stability, the availability of talented personnel and access to technological infrastructures. Focusing on the prospects for the development of the venture sector helps to identify new investment opportunities and contributes to the creation of strategies aimed at maximizing the profitability of investments. In particular, in connection with the development of industries such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology and clean energy, venture capital can be a particularly effective tool for financing innovative projects. The relevance of the development of the venture sector is determined by its potential to stimulate innovation and change in various sectors of the economy. However, there are also problems that impede the full development of this sector. Ukraine also faces challenges in the development of the venture sector. Despite the potential and talent of young entrepreneurs, the country does not yet have sufficient infrastructure and financial support for the development of venture projects at the international level. However, for the last time, the Ukrainian government is taking steps to stimulate venture capital investments, which may be the first step towards the active development of this sector in the future.
