Показано, що прибуток є важливою грошовою оцінкою виробничої та фінансової діяльності підприємства, що демонструє ефективність роботи підприємства. Bін є одним з основних показників діяльності та розвитку підприємства, вдосконалення матеріальної бази та його продукції. Розглянуто роль прибутку у розвитку підприємства в сучасних ринкових умовах. Проведено аналіз підходів щодо управління прибутком. Проаналізовані системи управління прибутком підприємства. Визначені послідовність дій при управлінні розподілом та використанням прибутку підприємства. Виявлено необхідні умови ефективного управління і вдосконалення процесу управління прибутком підприємства. Запропоновані заходи для покращення цільової структури використання прибутку підприємства, що дозволить поліпшити фінансове становище підприємства і збільшити ефективність його діяльності.The paper deals with the management of the enterprise profit. It is shown that profit is an important monetary evaluation of production and financial activities of the enterprise, showing the efficiency of the enterprise.
