Сучасні теорії відходять від класичного (тобто змістовного й процесуального) розуміння мотивації, що розширює розуміння проблеми мотивації. Теорії атрибуції пояснюють мотиваційну поведінку та взаємодію з підприємством сукупністю дії зовнішніх і внутрішніх сил. Мотиваційні теорії поля виходять з позиції, що виробничо-функціональна взаємодія працівника та фірми формуються під дією "поля", тобто якогось середовища (або сукупності декількох середовищ), яке впливає на людину та формують його дії.Changes in the conditions of the enterprise in modern stipulation dictates the need to study some modern trends in the field of staff motivation and use thise methodological developments in practical activities. The article considers a set of approaches to the modern understanding of the system of theories of motivation from different perspectives. Modern theories depart from the classical (that is, substantive and proce dural) understanding of motivation, which broadens the understanding of the problem of motivation. The attribution theories explain the motivational behavior and interaction with the enterprise by the combination of the action of external and internal forces. Motivational field theories proceed from the position that the productive and functional interaction of an employee and a firm is formed under the influence of a "field", that is, of an en vironment (or a set of several environments) that affects a person and shapes his actions.
