Під час стрімких змін однополярного світу на багатополярний «… життя висуває нові випробування для людини та для цілих країн. Це особливо виразно проявляється при глобальних змінах, які відбуваються у світі. Переділ сфер впливу між світовими лідерами за рахунок інтересів третіх країн став негативним трендом у двадцять першому столітті». «Нові виклики сьогодення передбачають застосування нових підходів у формуванні механізму кадрової безпеки…». 1. Виходячи з визначення поняття «економічна безпека підприємства», кадрову безпеку доцільно розділити за рівнями та функціями, щонайменше, на три частини: 1) підсистема економічної безпеки; 2) самостійна система; 3) забезпечення процесу управління персоналом. Також представляє інтерес групування поняття «кадрова безпека підприємства» з визначенням базисних характеристик. З практичної точки зору представляє інтерес можливість використання службами кадрової безпеки підприємств у своїй роботі накопиченого досвіду найбільших недержавних служб безпеки країни. 2. Оскільки «кадрова безпека була й залишається поняттям складним і багатогранним, тому вітчизняні та зарубіжні автори виокремлюють різні підходи до визначення поняття…». Це вказує на суб’єктивний підхід авторів у визначенні самого поняття «кадрова безпека підприємства» і потребує подальшого моніторингу в умовах динамічної невизначеності мінливих факторів внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовищ.The purpose of the work is the analysis of the work of personnel security specialists of enterprises and practitioners, the analysis of open sources of information with the aim of systematizing information regarding the definition of such an economic category as "personnel security of the enterprise", which is the basis of economic security and one of the decisive factors for the survival of the enterprise in the conditions of world globalization economy and dynamic uncertainty of environmental factors. During the rapid changes from a unipolar world to a multipolar one, "... life poses new challenges for people and for countries. This is especially evident in the case of global changes taking place in the world. The distribution of spheres of influence between the world leaders at the expense of the interests of third countries has become a negative trend in the twenty-first century". "Today's new challenges require the use of new approaches in the formation of the personnel security mechanism...". 1. Based on the definition of the concept of "economic security of the enterprise", it is advisable to divide personnel security by levels and functions into at least three parts: 1) subsystem of economic security; 2) independent system; 3) ensuring the personnel management process. It is also interesting to group the concept of "personnel security of the enterprise" with the definition of basic characteristics. From a practical point of view, the possibility of using the accumulated experience of the largest non-state security services of the country by the personnel security services of enterprises in their work is of interest. 2. Since "personnel security was and remains a complex and multifaceted concept, domestic and foreign authors single out different approaches to defining the concept.
