Теоретико-методичне забезпечення оцінювання інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності промислового підприємства

Abstract

Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата економічних наук за спеціальністю 08.00.04 – економіка та управління підприємствами (за видами економічної діяльності). – Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", Харків, 2018. Дисертаційна робота присвячена удосконаленню та подальшому розвитку теоретико-методичного забезпечення оцінювання інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності промислового підприємства. Узагальнено економічну сутність і визначено сучасне розуміння понятійно-термінологічного апарату інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності; визначено змістовність існуючих методичних підходів оцінювання інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності промислового підприємства; обґрунтовано його основні концептуальні положення. Виявлено основні тенденції та особливості перебігу інвестиційної й інноваційної діяльності у зовнішньому та внутрішньому середовищі промислових підприємств. Розроблено методичні підходи оцінювання інвестиційної та інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств; обґрунтовано доцільність оцінювання інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності підприємства за узагальнюючим інтегральним показником, здійснено прогнозування його значень та їх розподіл на якісні рівні. Розроблено методичне забезпечення формування цільової комплексної програми розвитку інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності підприємства на основі покращення її результатів.Thesis for granting the Degree of Candidate of Economical sciences in speciality 08.00.04 – economics and management of enterprises (by types of economic activity). – National Technical University "Kharkiv Politechnical Institute", Kharkiv, 2018. The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and-methodical providing of evaluation of investment and-innovative activity of industrial enterprises, on the basis of the results of its improvement and development. This allows achieving the purpose of dissertation work, which presupposes the improvement and subsequent development of theoretical positions, methodical approaches and scientific and practical recommendations as for evaluation investment and innovative activity of industrial enterprises. Achievement of the goal is confirmed by the solving of the following tasks: generalization of the economic essence and definition of the modern understanding of the concepts of investments, innovations, investment and innovation activity of the enterprise, which form the basis of the conceptual terminological apparatus of investment and innovation activity; determining the content of existing methodological approaches to assessing the investment and innovation activity of an industrial enterprise; substantiation of the basic conceptual positions of estimation of investment-innovative activity of the enterprise; identification of the main trends and features of the investment and innovation activity in the external and internal environment of industrial enterprises; substantiation and development of methodical approaches for estimation of investment and innovation area of industrial enterprises; substantiation of expediency of estimation of investment and innovation activity of the enterprise by generalized integral index and distribution of its quantitative values on qualitative levels; development of methodological support for the formation of a targeted integrated program for the development of investment and innovation activity of an industrial enterprise on the basis of improvement of its results. To solve the tasks, the following general scientific and special methods were used: abstract-logical and structural-logical analysis – for carrying out theoretical generalizations and clarifying the definition of the concepts of "investment", "innovation", "investment activity", "innovation activity", substantiation of the conceptual provisions of the evaluation investment and innovation activity of the enterprise; the method of statistical analysis – for analysis, identification of the main tendencies and the state of investment and innovation activity in the external and internal environment of industrial enterprises; methods of multidimensional factor analysis and cluster analysis – for the development of methodological approaches to the assessment of investment and innovation activities in their interrelation with industrial enterprises; neural networks – for prediction of quantitative values of the generalizing integral indicator of investment-innovation activity of industrial enterprises; expert survey - to determine the coefficients of significance of integral indicators of investment and innovation activity for the calculation of a generalizing integral indicator of investment and innovation activity; program-target management – for the development of methodical support for the formation of the target integrated program of development of investment and innovation activity; graphic method – to illustrate the results of the study. The main provisions of scientific novelty of the thesis are as follows. At the first time is suggested to estimate the investment and innovative activity of the enterprise on the basis of generalized integral factor and calculation of its integrated performance.
