Abstract: This article deals with the problem of professional burnout of teachers of technical specialties of higher education. The obtained results of empirical research can be interpreted as a decrease in satisfaction with professional activities of three independent characteristics: material satisfaction, intellectual satisfaction and satisfaction with physical well-being.
