dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовані теоретичні та методичні бази контролінгу. Вивчено визначення сутності контролінгу, місце в економіці підприємства та еволюція розвитку. Розкрито роль і місце контролінгу в управлінні підприємством. У результаті проведеного аналізу, виявлено, контролінг як система спрямованих дій, пов’язаних удосконаленням планування, інформаційного супроводу та контролю й регулювання, є методичним інструментом управління фінансовими результатами підприємства.uk
dc.description.abstractIn the article the theoretical and methodological framework controlling system parameters and their application in practice, considered the structure of sales-controlling. The analysis found that controlling - a management system to ensure future long-term existence of the company and its structural units. Implementation controlling system in the company will: achieve good governance, create and evaluate potential divisions, explore ideas competition, perform a comparative analysis of all the data, using innovation, and usually focus on the future. Modern methods of controlling play an important role in the activity. Found that the introduction of the company controlling system improves the efficiency of the whole process management of its economic activity. Sales are means to achieve business objectives and identify the final stage of tastes and preferences of customers.en
