Анотація

The lecture notes for the discipline "Project Management in Marketing" are developed in accordance with the educational and professional programme in the speciality 075 "Marketing". While studying this discipline, students will get acquainted with the key stages of the project life cycle, including the stages of initiation, planning, execution, control and completion. Particular attention will be paid to the development of a project marketing plan, defining its goals, audience and competitive environment. The course also covers important aspects of communication project management, including communicating with stakeholders, building a project team and ensuring effective communication within the team. Students will also learn about risk management strategies, which will allow them to anticipate possible problems and risks during the implementation of a marketing project and develop an action plan to avoid or reduce their impact. The purpose of the discipline "Project Management in Marketing" is to study and master the principles, methods and tools of project management with a focus on the marketing aspect. The main objectives of this discipline include understanding project management, developing marketing project management skills, applying marketing research methods, effective use of marketing tools, managing communications and stakeholder engagement, analysing and evaluating the marketing success of projects, developing marketing strategies in the context of projects, managing risks and uncertainty, and creating innovations and creative solutions to solve marketing challenges in projects. The discipline is aimed at preparing students to effectively use knowledge and skills in the field of project management, taking into account the specifics of the marketing environment. The lecture notes contain 13 topics, each of which discusses the content of the topic's issues and reveals their essence.
