Postulates of heuristics in the international innovation management system

It is proved that the scientific value of the complex of the above tasks related to the results and effectiveness of innovative and intellectual cooperation in the conditions of international business development involves the use of a number of new development directions. One of such promising areas of activity, in our opinion, is the use of the main provisions of heuristics in international business activities.

It has been proven that entrepreneurial activity is always associated with risk. As a rule, operations with an increased level of risk bring the greatest profit. But, at the same time, as the level of risk increases, the threat of loss of financial stability and bankruptcy of the enterprise increases. It was determined that as an economic category, risk means the probability of unforeseen losses (reduction or complete loss of profit, loss of planned income, occurrence of unforeseen expenses, loss of part of income or all equity) in a situation of uncertainty in the conditions of financial and economic activity.
