Abstract

It’s described development and introduction of new complex energy-efficient technology of manufacturing and repairing based on discrete strengthening of responsible heavy-duty military and civilian vehicles. It allows increasing resource and replacement of import materials, as well as reducing energy consumption during their manufacturing and operation. Recommendations for regimes of parts machining using discrete strengthening technology, which provide energy efficiency during production and exploitation of machine parts, are developed.
