Безпека, як одна з найважливіших складових системи цифрових компетентностей в умовах воєнного часу

Abstract

Метою доповіді є – визначити місце безпекових навичок в системі цифрових компетентностей та роль бібліотеки університету у їх формуванні у користувачів. Оволодіння безпековими навичками роботи з інформацією дозволить користувачам нівелювати та контролювати негативний вплив зовнішніх інформаційних факторів. Проаналізовано практичний досвід та рекомендації міжнародних та національних експертів у цьому напрямі. Проведено моніторинг рівня їх виконання бібліотекою на даному етапі. Визначено, що для якісного та цілісного формування у користувачів безпекових навичок роботи з інформацією, слід розширити перелік робіт та тем за напрямом для популяризації та навчання.

The purpose of the report is to determine the place of security skills in the system of digital competencies and the role of the university library in their formation among users. Mastering the security skills of working with information will allow users to level and control the negative impact of external information factors. The practical experience and recommendations of international and national experts in this direction were analyzed. The level of their implementation by the library at this stage was monitored. It was determined that for the high-quality and integral formation of users' safe skills in working with information, the list of works and topics should be expanded according to the direction for popularization and training.
