Виявлення можливостей зміцнення економічної безпеки промислового підприємства з метою забезпечення його розвитку

Abstract

У статті досліджено теоретичні аспекти управління економічною безпекою промислового підприємства, а саме виявлення можливостей її зміцнення з метою забезпечення розвитку. Виявлено, що на стан економічної безпеки впливає багато чинників. Чинники згруповані за різними класифікаційними ознаками, наприклад, за охопленням дією (загальні та специфічні), за характером дії (об'єктивні та суб'єктивні) та ін., а роботі обрано найбільш поширені в науці - виділення факторів залежно від сфери їх виникнення: внутрішні та зовнішні фактори. На основі проведеного дослідження у контексті забезпечення економічної безпеки промислового підприємства виділено чотири типи стратегій: стратегія стабілізації застосовується в умовах високої економічної безпеки; стратегія посилення спрямована на покращення показників найбільш уразливою складової економічної безпеки; стратегія адаптації (за низького рівня безпеки) спрямована на пристосування діяльності підприємства до вимог ринку, на оптимізацію витрат, підвищення основних показників фінансово-господарської діяльність; стратегія виживання застосовуватися в умовах критичної економічної безпеки та вимагає прийняття дій щодо виведення підприємства з кризи. Визначено шляхи зміцнення економічної безпеки промислового підприємства по кожній функціональній складовій: фінансової на основі управління фінансовими потоками, страхування майна та ризиків, формування резервного фонду та інших заходів; кадрової, що складається з адміністративних (підбір та відбір персоналу), економічних (матеріальне стимулювання) та соціально-психологічних (моральне стимулювання) методів управління персоналом підприємства; забезпечення техніко-технологічної складової передбачає планування технологій для виробництва поточних та перспективних товарних позицій, техніко-технологічну модернізацію виробництва та інші заходи; виробничо-збутової за допомогою забезпечення безперебійного процесу виробництва, оптимізації витрат, завоювання нових ринків збуту та інших заходів.

The article explores the theoretical aspects of managing the economic security of an industrial enterprise, specifically identifying opportunities for its strengthening with the aim of ensuring development. It was found that many factors influence the state of economic security. The factors are grouped according to various classification features, for example, by the coverage of the action (general and specific), by the nature of the action (objective and subjective), etc., and the most common in science are selected for the work - the selection of factors depending on the sphere of their occurrence: internal and external factors. Based on the conducted research, in the context of ensuring the economic security of an industrial enterprise, four types of strategies are distinguished: the stabilization strategy is used in conditions of high economic security; the strengthening strategy is aimed at improving the indicators of the most vulnerable component of economic security; the adaptation strategy (at a low level of security) is aimed at adapting the company's activities to market requirements, optimizing costs, increasing the main indicators of financial and economic activity; the survival strategy should be applied in conditions of critical economic security and requires taking actions to bring the enterprise out of the crisis. Ways to strengthen the economic security of an industrial enterprise in each functional component have been determined: financial based on financial flow management, property and risk insurance, formation of a reserve fund and other measures; personnel, consisting of administrative (recruitment and selection of personnel), economic (material stimulation) and social-psychological (moral stimulation) methods of personnel management of the enterprise; provision of the technical and technological component involves the planning of technologies for the production of current and prospective product items, technical and technological modernization of production and other measures; production and sales by ensuring a smooth production process, optimizing costs, conquering new sales markets and other measures.
