Етика штучного інтелекту: історія становлення та сучасний стан

Abstract

У статті досліджено ключові етапи становлення та розвитку етичного дискурсу штучного інтелекту, починаючи з кібернетики, через формування комп’ютерної етики в середині XX ст. та створення перших етичних кодексів до сучасних викликів, пов’язаних із генеративним штучним інтелектом; проаналізовано становлення ключових етичних питань (відповідальності, автономії та суспільного впливу штучного інтелекту; значну увагу приділено філософській критиці технологічного оптимізму, питанню формалізації етики, а також труднощам інтеграції моральних норм в алгоритмічні системи, висвітлені в сучасних дискусіях; у роботі висвітлено розрив між технічними підходами до розробки «етичного штучного інтелекту» та глибоким філософським осмисленням природи інтелекту та моралі в цифрову епоху. The article explores the key stages of the formation and development of the ethical discourse of artificial intelligence, starting with cybernetics, through the formation of computer ethics in the mid-20th century and the creation of the first ethical codes to the modern challenges associated with generative artificial intelligence; the emergence of key ethical issues (responsibility, autonomy, and social impact of artificial intelligence) is analyzed; significant attention is paid to the philosophical critique of technological optimism, the issue of formalizing ethics, as well as the difficulties of integrating moral norms into algorithmic systems highlighted in contemporary discussions; the article highlights the gap between technical approaches to developing "ethical artificial intelligence" and a deep philosophical understanding of the nature of intelligence and morality in the digital age.
