Abstract

The study of the mechanisms of industrial innovation management, taking into account the stages of their life cycle, is an extremely relevant and important task in solving the problems of the transition of enterprises to an innovative model of development. The innovative activity of the enterprise is aimed at creating and attracting from the external environment such innovations that would help increase its competitiveness, strengthen market positions, provide prospects for development. In this regard, there is an objective need to rethink at the theoretical and practical levels the role of innovation management mechanisms, taking into account the stages of the life cycle for the modern Ukrainian economy and its p rospects. The aim of the article is to study and analyze the formation of industrial innovation management mechanism taking into account their life cycle. The problems in the field of innovation development are so diverse and complex that further research is needed in this area, which would include a comprehensive analysis of innovation management mechanisms in difficult socio-political and economic conditions of the national economy and ensure economic security. The development and functioning of innovations and innovation processes of the enterprise is impossible without creating a mechanism for managing innovation, which would control all components of this activity, taking into account the individual stages of the product life cycle, both at the strategic and operational levels. Innovation req uires systematic management through a mechanism that should be part of the overall strategic mechanism of enterprise management, which takes into account the characteristics of individual stages of the life cycle of industrial products. The mechanism of industrial innovation management proposed in the article, which takes into account the specifics of life cycle stages, will provide a fuller understanding of innovation management principles and help realize the innovative potential of industrial enterprises through effective implementation of innovative projects designed to gain competitive advantage and strengthen market positions.
