Психологічні особливості розвитку soft skills майбутніх педагогів у закладах вищої освіти

Abstract

У статті розкрито значення м'яких (адаптивних) навичок, або soft skills, як базових складових професійної підготовки майбутніх педагогів у закладах вищої освіти. Представлено авторське трактування означених навичок для фахівців будь-якого профілю як інтегративного комплексу надпрофесійних навичок. Також авторами запропоновані психологічні умови організації процесу професійної підготовки з метою ефективного розвитку soft skills педагогів. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо запровадження психологічних умов організації процесу професійної підготовки для ефективного розвитку soft skills педагогів. Визначено перспективи подальших розвідок, які передбачатимуть вивчення досвіду впровадження психологічних умов організації процесу професійної підготовки майбутніх педагогів з метою розвитку в них soft skills.The article reveals the importance of soft (adaptive) skills as basic components of professional training of future teachers in higher education institutions. The interpretation of these skills for specialists of any profile as an integrative complex of supra-professional skills is presented. The authors also propose psychological conditions for organizing the professional training process to effectively develop teachers' soft skills. Practical recommendations have been developed for introducing psychological conditions for organizing the professional training process with the aim of effectively developing teachers' soft skills. The prospects for further research are identified, which will involve studying the experience of implementing psychological conditions for future teachers to organize the process of professional training of future teachers to develop their soft skills.
