Abstract
In the article is given analysis the role of innovations, innovational activity, innovational process in institutional structure of national economy. The innovational process consists of innovetional activity and process multiplication of innovetions.The author concludes that effective innovational activity and innovational process are impossibale without coalitions of different groups in institutional structure of national economy
