Abstract

This work contains theoretical definition of broadband antennas parameters which allow to suppress vital functions of Colorado potato beetle and its larvae. Usage of radiopulse electromagnetic radiation to control the Colorado potato beetle involves use of sectorial horn emitters with an extension in the plane of the vector Е. E-sectorial horn is the most suitable for the solution of the problem, because it provides a wider radiation pattern in a plane parallel to the ground and vector Е in the radiating aperture is perpendicular to the ground surface.
