Abstract

In connection with the design of a new mechanism designer created his model program AUTOCAD. Developers have submitted a set of parts of which shall consist mechanism. To test its performance on different criteria needed to formalize and establish connections between the parts, as described in the problem statement. Experience in designing such mechanisms shows that the most common cause of damage and malfunction of these mechanisms are geometric parameters of the individual mechanisms. The article describes a justified and comprehensive analysis of the geometric parameters of the technological chain mechanisms. In analyzing the results revealed structural parameters that can lead to loss of efficiency of the complex mechanisms separate. Measures have been developed to eliminate the detected inconsistencies
