Abstract

In the article the schematic model of leasings operations is offered for the reflection of intercommunication between the basic subjects of menage by a complex organizationally technical, economic legal and financial relations. A chart is presented normatively legal adjusting of leasings operations in Ukraine, that allows to systematize domestic and international acts complex and to select the concrete levels of legislature for understanding of essence of category of lease and on the basis of this determination of its link in the sphere of economic relations. On the basis of generalization of approaches of leading domestic and foreign workers-economists, and also systematization, normatively legal bases are offered determination of category «lease»
